How to hide kale in almost everything


KALE. Great for vitamin A & C, helps lower your cholesterol and your risk of developing cancers and has good protein. But...


I hate kale alone. I think most people do. It's bitter and gross and I have found a way to hide it so you can get the POWERFUL nutrients without the bitterness.

Dehydration. 
200*F in an oven for 30-45 minutes.

Crush up your kale chips. It should crush in an instant because kale is SO tender. 

Throw them in a anything your heart desires. A smoothie, a veggie soup, rice, a monomeal. Anything. It doesn't taste like anything and only adds nutrition. 

I discovered this when i was interested in replacing chips for something more healthy. I wasn't into the dissolving factor so I crushed it up.
